As immigrants in America, our parents, Pat and Angelo Darsinos, knew of only one way to make a restaurant successful. Serve only food that you can be proud of by using the best ingredients to make fresh, honest dishes. That is how the "Gondola Pizza House" established its reputation in the 70's. Sadly, these types of places have all but disappeared to make way for corporate chains, or fast food pizza delivery shops.

We never forgot the original recipe for success, and when we had the opportunity, we re-established Gondola House Pizzeria in the very building where our parents found so much success over 30 years ago. We updated recipes and upgraded the experience but we kept the core values that are certain to make every customer a raving fan.
